Performance characteristics
Polyether modified silicone oil is a unique organic silicon non-ionic surfactant made by graft copolymerization of polyether and polydimethylsiloxane. In the production of products, various organic silicon surfactants with different properties can be obtained by modifying the number of silicone oil chains or changing the ratio of polyether EO and PO, as well as changing the number of chains and end groups, to meet the needs of various industries. Compared with traditional surfactants, organic silicon surfactants have the following characteristics:
1. Low surface tension.
2. Good softness and anti-static properties.
3. Good viscosity reduction and leveling properties, suitable for adding to various resins (such as polyurethane resins, paint resins, plastic resins, etc.), can effectively improve the intermolecular stress of these resins, overcome the shortcomings of these resins themselves, and obtain new properties.
4. Good lubricity, suitable for producing high-end cutting fluids.
In addition, compared with polydimethylsiloxane, this material can be miscible with water in any proportion and also with polar organic solvents such as alcohols DMF、 Ether, ester, etc. are miscible with each other, and partially or completely miscible with non-polar solvents such as toluene and alkanes. It is very convenient to use.

Packaging, Storage, and Precautions
Packaged in 50kg plastic drums and 200kg galvanized iron drums. For special packaging specifications, please contact the company. After sealed packaging, the product should be protected from direct sunlight or stored in a ventilated environment below 30 ℃. It should be stored separately and kept away from chemical products such as oxides. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can be retested according to the standard. Those that pass the inspection can still be used. At high temperatures or when mixed with acidic or alkaline substances and stored for too long, there is a tendency for viscosity to increase or even crosslink. This product is transported as a non hazardous material.
